Advanced Network Telephony has a "no questions asked" return policy, provided
the product is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of
purchase.
Please call or email us for a "return authorization number". (No returns will be accepted
without this number on the outside of the package.)
A refund will be issued once a return is accepted.

| Warranty Policy: |
Warranty items will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to the
customer. Our company provides a 3 Year warranty on all items.
Warranties will be honored from the original date of sale.
Warranties will not be honored if the product has been tampered with or
if the warranty seals have been broken.
This warranty does not cover acts of God, misuse, abuse or modification of,
or to any part of the product.

| Advance Replacement Policy: |
Damaged product will be replaced at no extra charge as long as it meets the
conditions of our warranty policy.
Replacement Product will be billed to the customer, and Advanced Network Telephony
will issue a full credit against the original invoice when the items that were
originally shipped are received back by Advanced Network Telephony.
